California Complete Count Chief Deputy Director

Working under the direction of the Director, with minimal supervision, the Chief Deputy Director will serve as the chief operating officer of the 2020 Census. The purpose of this role is to support the Director and executive team in the creation and implementation of statewide operations. The Chief Deputy Director will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Deputy Directors, and all other staff as necessary. You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement (PDF).

California Complete Count Deputy Director, External Affairs and Media Relations

The Deputy Director of External Affairs and Media Relations (DDEAMR) will lead the California Statewide Census 2020 public affairs and communications campaign efforts. This will include developing and managing the earned and paid media strategy in collaboration with contracted vendors. This position will oversee the website and other public facing platforms and communications staff. California Complete Count Business Services Analyst

Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director, Administration, the Business Services Analyst (BSA) is responsible for performing work of above average difficulty in a wide variety of consultative and analytical staff services assignments related to Business Services. California Complete Count Regional Program Manager (RPM) - Central Coast

Working under the direction of the Deputy Director of Outreach and the Lead Regional Program Manager – Central California, the Regional Program Manager (RPM), Outreach interacts directly on the ground with local and regional partners within their assigned geographic region. This position will oversee a region outreach effort, ensure all regional partners contribute to the Statewide Outreach and Rapid Development (SwORD) interactive mapping site, and work with regional partners to meet contractual obligations and spends a majority of time doing field work. This position also requires time in the office reviewing, analyzing and providing verbal and written input and reports on deliverables directly related to the RPM’s work. You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement (PDF).

California Complete Count Office Technician (T) – Los Angeles

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Outreach, the Office Technician performs a wide-variety of administrative assignments and support to the California Complete Count-Census 2020 (Census).
