The California Complete Count Office seeks experienced and qualified Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to conduct Census 2020 outreach to specific demographic populations and communities at the statewide level.
The proposer must:
- Meet Administrative Requirements;
- Provide all requested narrative responses, documents and forms by the final deadline; and
- Agree to all terms and conditions without change.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Official per the instructions outlined in the solicitation document.
